May the Suffering End with Us
by Zachary Adama
May the
suffering
end with us.
Let us
receive
it.
Absorb
its
inertia.
But not
pass it
on.
May the
suffering
end in us.
Let us
heal
it.
Transmute
its
nature.
Then
pass it
on.
May the
old world
end with us.
Your poetry and essays give me immense comfort and remind me that each person and every experience we encounter on this plane of existence is an opportunity to learn and progress.
Thank you! The divinity within me bows to the divinity in you!
