Disarm Your Bellicose Heart

Disarm
your bellicose
heart.

Quite your
warring
mind.

The cost
of hatred
is too great.

The burden
of violence
too dear.

Do not add
to the cacophony
of sound.

With the
drumbeat
of war.

You will not
earn peace
by violent means.

Nor love
with a hate filled
heart.

Be a peacemaker
in a world
at war.

Evil’s Remedy Is Not Virtue But Laughter

Evil’s remedy
is not virtue
but laughter.

Note the
ego’s quest
for validation
and chuckle.

Observe the
wickedness
of evil’s delusions
with mirth.

Watch
duality’s drama
infinitely unfolding
with laughter.

Evil
inevitably falls
under the weight
of its contradictions.

Self-righteousness
sows the seeds
of its own
corruption.

Transcendence
alone destroys
delusions
with laughter.

Evil
holds no sway
when the heart
is gay.

Stars Wearing Anomalies

Stars
wearing
anomalies.

We shine
forth
infinite
possibilities.

Transcending
man made
mediocrity.

We emit
god made
luminosity.

Gods
wearing
bodies.

We are
lights
bearing
the dawn.

A Half Blind Heart

A half blind heart
wonders if it is
better to be blind.

Witnessing as it does
casual cruelties
and systematic atrocities.

That a blind heart
will never see
nor dare to know.

Bearing witness
in silent horror
to the uncomprehending
evil of the blind.

It wonders
if darkness
is better
than light.

If blindness
is better
than sight.

What good
is seeing
if the world
is blind.

What good
is loving
if the world
is full of hate.

Yet neither
light nor love
would the
half blind heart
unsee.
